Colourful flowered garden with large security fenced freestyle pool 16 x 6 x 1.3-2.7m depth, with summer kitchen by shaded pool terrace and poolside shower. Several lovely terraces area to sit and admire the views to the sea. Boules area. Attached to another property at rear, but garden and pool are not overlooked. Discreet owners live in adjacent basement apartment. Table tennis, boules area (balls supplied). Large terrace with built-in BBQ and kitchen sink and fridge.
