These luxurious detached villas all enjoy their own private swimming pool with security alarms (unheated) and all have the following facilities: TV with satellite channels, CD stereo, kitchen with electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. FA321 is spacious two storey three bedroom villa. Groundfloor with one double bedroom. First floor with 2 bedrooms, either 2 twins or 2 doubles. Additional shower/WC Arrive any day - min 4 nights, (except 19 Jun - 17 Sep weekly lets, Saturday start only)
The following are compulsory extra charges payable on arrival: Bed linen €10,50 per person, tourist tax €0.40 per person per day (applicable to guests over 12 years old) payable from March 30th until 1st October and a final house cleaning charge €125.
The following optional extras are also payable locally and should be reserved in advance when booking: Bath towels €7,50 per person, tea towels €7,50, high chair €3,00 per day, cot €3,00 per day, playpen €3,00 per day, pets (max 1) €6,00 per day, heated pool 95 € per week.
Linen: Linen and towels available at extra cost.
