Only a short walk, 250m, to lovely sandy beach at Les Sables d''Olonne, a bustling seaside resort with shops, restaurants and plenty for all to do and see. The casino is just round the corner, explore the town and see the picturesque fishing harbour, enjoy the excellent seafood restaurants and zoo for the children. There are golf and tennis for the energetic, or experience the local thalassotherapy! Take a picnic and hire a traditional small boat to explore the waterways of the ‘Venise Verte’, or hire a bike and follow the cycle trails. Try fishing or canoeing in the salt marshes. International airports: La Rochelle 94 km/Nantes 105 km.
In a modern ''residence'', this first-floor apartment, accessible by lift enjoys a private balcony with sunny and shady areas, and shares the use of the superb pool 20 x 7 x 0.5-1.7m depth with security fence, set in landscaped grounds. A perfect choice for a beach holiday with the added benefit of a pool (heated for 2009). Private parking space.
