Just 10 minutes drive to the pretty historical village of Puy l’Eveque built on a terraced cliff overlooking the river, with restaurants, shops, tennis and canoeing.27 kms to Fumel for larger shops. The area is particularly abundant in picturesque villages, Penne-d’Agenais, Luzech and Albas to mention but a few, and not to be forgotten the Chateau de Bonaguil. Sarlat and the surrounding villages and castles are all within an hours drive as is Cahors with its wealth of vineyards well worth a visit. International airports: Bergerac 96kms, Toulouse 145kms.
Situated on the top of a hill surrounded by vineyards with superb views of rolling hills and forests this delightful ‘Maison de Maitre’ offers complete tranquillity. Open terrace and garden offers grass, trees and shrubs. Private pool 13 x 6 x 1.68m depth with security alarm. BBQ.
Hall leading to large fitted kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave. Spacious sitting room with sofa and armchairs accessed via the kitchen or via hall. Study area with washing machine, leading to Bed 1: kingsize double. Bed 2: double, Bed 3: 2 singles. Bathroom/WC. Sep shower room with WC. The 1st floor is accessed by the hall with open tread stairs leading to a mezzanine with sitting area and TV. Bed 4: 2 singles (low headroom). Bath/shower room. Bed 5: large unusual room with 2 small singles and low headroom and low beam. Beds 4 and 5 are more suitable for the young. Cot and highchair on request. Min 7 night stay, any day changeover.
