Set in Northern Brittany between the city of St Brieuc and the seaside resort of le Val André, and within walking distance of the sea, this renovated farmhouse is ideally located to discover the beautiful coastline of this region. Small shops are 2km away with a larger supermarket 4km. St Brieuc, 13 km, has attractive streets, with excellent shopping areas around the lovely cathedral. The town also has pleasant parks, gardens and a ruined C14th tower. Dinan 56 km is well worth a visit with its ancient ramparts, pretty cobbled streets, river port and the excellent shops and restaurants. The beautiful walled city and ferry port of St Malo is just over an hours drive. International airport: Dinan 56 km.
Renovated farmhouse with some exposed stone walls set in extensive lawned and tree-lined gardens, enclosed so ideal for children. BBQ area and terrace for al fresco dining. Parking for three vehicles. Ground floor has living area with Satellite TV and DVD player. Large open-plan kitchen/diner is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Access from kitchen to terrace via French doors. Sep WC on ground floor. Stairs to first floor and Bed 1: Double with TV. Bed 2: Double and single. Bed 3: Double and single. All bedrooms have views over the surrounding countryside and to the sea. Bathroom. Sep WC.
Cot and highchair available on request. Linen hire available €10 per bed per week payable locally. Please note, no towels available, please bring your own. Heating available on request €40 per week payable locally. Saturday changeover. Security deposit cash payable locally €400.
