Wonderfully situated between Grenoble and Gap in the Hautes Alpes region, lies the village of Agneres en DEVOLUY / La joue de Loup. The village consists of several apartment complexes and chalets nestled in the middle of the woods, between the mountains. There are no buildings over 5 stories, which gives the village a picturesque appearance. The apartment complex is located in the center of the village so everything is very close and within easy walking distance. The ski trails begin and end in the village, and the apres-ski bar is just around the corner. Dinner can be had a few steps from the accommodation. After a day skiing on the more than 100 km of slopes, La Joue du Loup offers sociable, intimate entertainment possibilities. There are some restaurants, cafes, a nightclub and a cinema. In the village you will also find a ski school with English-speaking instructors, several shops, the Tune Laundromat, a creche and a conservatory. In short: a small village with more than sufficient winter sports facilities and plenty of opportunity for everyone to enjoy a wonderful holiday!

La Joue du Loup is situated at an altitude of about 1,450 meters. The highest ski slopes can be found at an altitude of 2,510 meters. There is snow everywhere due to the high elevation. La Joue du Loup is directly connected to the ski area which offers skiing without end. This area is one of the largest ski resorts in the Hautes Alpes, with 100 km of slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. A ski pass costs about � 115. -. Here there are no long wait times for the ski lifts. The local ski school teaches all levels, including children. There are specially groomed slopes for snowboarders at higher altitudes. Hikers and cross-country skiers will enjoy the many miles of groomed paths which wind throughout the area.
