Saint Raphael, situated at the foot of the superb Esterel massif, between Cannes and St Tropez, has developed from a little fishing village into a well-known seaside resort, much sought after for both its rich variety of activities (including a full range of sports and leisure activities) and its beautiful setting which includes a desirable southern climate.
Located at the foot of the Esterel massif, less than 500 meters from the beaches of la Tortue, the Les Mimosas Residence lies on the edge of the Boulouris residential area, 100m from a number of small shops and just 3 km from the town centre.
The apartments are situated in the heart of a 3-hectare, wooded park. They have been divided into little groups and range from a 2-person studio apartment to a 3/4-room duplex apartment suitable for 8 persons.

Originally a small fishing village, Saint-Raphael is now world-renowned for its wide array of activities, wonderful climate and beautiful environment. Saint-Raphael has a wonderful town centre plus a cluster of delightful and diverse residential neighbourhoods. Saint-Raphael is a sprawling development with 36 kilometres of indented coastline offering more than 30 diverse beaches: fine sand, pebble, shaded shorelines, creeks, coves and inlets. Running from Port Santa Lucia to Baumette Point, the coastal footpath meanders its way between the sea and the Esterel. The trail begins at Port Santa Lucia (close to the boatyard). Follow the yellow markers along the 8.5 kilometre trail and in approximately 2.5 hours you will arrive at the Baumette lighthouse. You should also take the time to enjoy the day-to-day life of St.Raphael. Stroll around and explore streets steeped in history but be sure not to miss the modern town centre. Get to know its markets. rise early in the morning and watch the fishermen emptying their nets full of the previous night's catch: a sight to be savoured. Relax on the town's sandy beaches. Visit Saint Raphael's main buildings and streets (Casino, Promenade des Bains, Notre Dame de la Victoire Church). Here every season provides the opportunity to discover traditional festivities. There are jousting tournaments, the celebrations of St. Baume and St. Pierre, Mimosa Week, Jazz festivals as well as other typical Saint Raphael happenings.
