This beautiful free-standing villa is situated on the Mediterranean, in French Catalonia, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Around the villa there is a large lake with small beaches. The sea is just 800 meters away. The villa is located in a quiet district. Next to the apartment there is a garden of 300 m2. Shops are nearby - the closest is just 100 meters away while the village center is 7 km away. The small beach by the apartment is supervised. The beautiful city of Perpignan is only a short distance from the accommodation.

The villa is located in the small village of Le Barcares, in the south of France. In the immediate surroundings you will find facilities for many water sports including diving and sailing. There are also numerous opportunities for hiking. The Mediterranean is only 800 meters away, or you can go swimming in the large lake next to the apartment. The wonderful city of Perpignan is only a short distance away. Here you will find numerous museums and can experience a typical Basque atmosphere. Visit markets in the surrounding villages, or an old castle! A trip to one of the many local caves is also worthwhile.
Here you are very close to the Spanish border. Would you like to do some tax-free shopping? You will find many products at the Spanish border. An hour away by car, in the Pyrenees,lies the village of Romeu. This village is famous for its climate, which is good for those suffering from asthma.
